Here are some proofs of payouts from Buxto members, taken from the forum at Buxto:

As you can see, payouts are actually being made and members are receiving payment, even to countries outside the US. The ones above took around 90 days. I believe those members were not upgraded at the time and received them at AlertPay. Since then the Gold Card has become available to premium members for much faster payout.
